At the Albota Tourist Complex, natural and ecological foods are sustainably grown and freshly prepared for you every day. All of these products form the basis for the delicious and healthy dishes at the Albota Restaurant.
The trout, meat, and meat products come from their own farm in Upper Cârţişoara. The cheeses come from their own dairy in Poieniţa. The bread is freshly baked in the restaurant every day.
