Do you remember that in this historic building from the 19th century, the best butcher shop in all of Făgăraș used to be found? Back then, Fritz and Anni Balthes (the grandparents of the current restaurant owners) offered all kinds of delicacies here. Today, the “La Fritz” restaurant is located at this very spot, named after the grandfather, to keep the family traditions alive.
“Fresh, honest, and from the heart” – this is the motto of the restaurant.
