In line with Mercure’s brand mission, “Discover Local,” the hotel offers guests the opportunity to explore local specialties in the elegant and inviting Winestone Restaurant, where local and international dishes are prepared by top chefs.
Winestone is a gastronomic concept that aims to create a new and attractive culinary experience with a menu of delicious dishes based on locally produced ingredients, presented and served in an original style. The meals are complemented by a carefully selected wine list, outstanding design, and top-level service. Focusing on stimulating the senses through the use of local specialties, the hotel’s cuisine takes guests on a journey from the origins of Timișoara to the present day.
The restaurant has a capacity of 60 seats indoors and 26 seats on the terrace. The hotel also features a 100 m² conference room.
